Job Summary
The HR Associate – HR Direct serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners globally. The role delivers accurate, timely, and empathetic HR support across payroll, benefits, policies, and employee lifecycle processes via phone, chat, and employee portal (G&Me). This position requires Spanish language proficiency to support Spanish-speaking employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery (85%)
- Handle employee queries via phone, chat, and portal using ServiceNow.
- Provide HR support on payroll, benefits, policies, and Workday transactions.
- Guide employees and managers on HR self-service tools (G&Me, Workday).
- Deliver clear, customer-focused resolutions in English and Spanish.
