Job Description

The role reports to Director – HR and is responsible to manage a team of + R&D professionals. The primary interface is with the cross- functional business functions to provide solutions and advise on a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day human capital matters. The HR Business Partner operates both as “Business HR ” and serves as credible & trusted advisors to provide solutions and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and ultimately drive improved business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advise and work as a true HR partner to the Business Team and Business Leaders.
  • Working in close association with business units and functional leaders to drive Organizational Effectiveness .
