- HR Metrics - General labor legal affairs - STPS Labor dependency affairs: Collective work contract revision, Internal Rules document annual update, Social Prevision Plan update. - Internal rules follow up: disciplinary actions, supervisors training and counseling on a daily basis. - Union follow up, documents update, negotiations, primary contact. - Compensation analysis, Job offers, local market, etc. - General backup for Generalist, Coordinator and Assistant
Experiência y requisitos
- Minimum 5-year experiência in Human Resources -Knowledge of TRESS, Workday and Outlook. -Knowledge of Federal Labor Law -Knowledge of Social Security Tax Law
