Sr. HR Generalist (US & Workday Experience) - Guadalajara, MX

Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist will support multiple entities across various HR functions. Responsibilities include aiding the HR team in developing and administering programs, procedures, projects, and processes throughout the organization’s divisions, spanning the entire life cycle from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.

📍 Location: Providencia, Guadalajara, Mexico (3 days per week in the office)

⏰ Work Schedule: Full-time, aligned with Pacific Time (PT) business hours

🗣️ Language: Bilingual, English and Spanish
