Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

· Ensuring HRIS tickets are answered timely (ie. Password resets, reporting requests, security roles)


· Ensuring time reports needed for payroll are developed and delivered on time.


· Comfortable working with developers to help define requirements for system interfaces


· Leading and/or SME on various HR projects.

· Strong organizational and project management skills


· Experience in a fast-paced HR/Payroll environment


· Comfortable working with all levels of the organization


· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building capabilities across all levels of the


business


· Ability to work cross functionally within a global team


· Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly


· Previous working experience in a HRIS role is essential (+ years)


· Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) – UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos, essential for role


· Hands on experience with HRIS reporting – UltiPro BI reporting module, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, WFM Dataviews


· Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including complex formulas and macros


· Role models Propelis values and behaviors.


Advantageous:


· Good understanding of full HR processes (ie. Hiring, onboarding, pay changes, terminations)


· Previously worked in a global organization and process driven environment


· ADP Celergo/Globalview
