About the Role

ESAB seeks an HRIS Sr Analyst to be part of the HRIS team, primarily focused on the Time and absence modules. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting existing framework, advanced projects, enhancements and break/fixes. The primary focus areas are (1) delivering quality configuration, testing, processing and reporting support to the Time and absence, HR, and Finance teams; (2) identifying, evaluating, recommending and providing process improvement efforts in order to streamline and reduce risks in existing processes; (3) bringing a strategic, technical lens to all work efforts and (4) partnering with the entire HRIS team to ensure we are delivering the highest quality product and support for the business.
