Commercial and Industrial HVAC Project Manager/Estimator with a sales background. Responsibilities include estimating potential projects, submitting the proposals and directing and monitoring the winning projects, including contract administration and project management. Also involved is interfacing via and in person with new and existing customers, contractors and developers.

• 3+ years working as Sr Project Manager, directly overseeing mechanical construction work
• Experience in the successful estimating design and/or management of HVAC project installation
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously and yet possess the discretionary judgment to know when it's appropriate to consult...
