Your expertise will guide recommendations based on data and customer insights, optimizing client claims operations. You will play a critical role in product improvement through feedback gathering and in driving the growth of the software business.
Accountabilities
- Develop deep expertise in SaaS products to guide customers through implementations
- Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers
- Act as the primary project manager and day-to-day client contact
- Use a consultative approach to identify customer pain points and goals
- Create and manage implementation plans including onboarding and training
