Job Title: IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager

Role Overview:
Own and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, service delivery, and stakeholder support for the India business. Responsible for IT operations, projects, compliance, assets, budgets, and high-quality support to senior management and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure: data center, network, servers, EUC, AV

  • Deliver IT services with defined SLAs and handle escalations

  • Support senior management and VIP users

  • Lead IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements

  • Ensure IT audit and regulatory compliance (STPI, DoT, TRAI, OSP)

  • Manage IT assets, vendors, and annual budgets

  • Drive process improvement and team efficiency

  • Engage with global IT stakeholders for implementations and changes

    8-12 YEARS EXPERIENCE

     Windows client
     Imaging / auto-pilot
     Audit & Compliance
     Stakeholder mgmt.
     STPI, DoT & TRAI
     Data center operations
     Network and voice infra
     Audio Video infra & setup
     Agile Framework
     Automation skills
     ITIL incident mgmt. framework

  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure and service management

  • Hands-on knowledge of data center, network, servers, EUC & AV

  • ITIL incident and service management experience

  • Stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills

  • Experience in IT audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Project management, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management

  • Basic cloud, high availability, and disaster recovery knowledge

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
