We are currently hiring a Sr. Executive- Inside Sales- Health Insurance to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the companys strategic goals

Role and Responsibilities -

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Contact prospective customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and other marketing activities.
  • Qualify leads based on the customers health needs and financial requirements.
  • 2. Product Presentation & Information:

  • Explain and discuss the benefits and features of health insurance policies.
  • Provide detailed product information and offer advice on the most suitable health insurance plans based on the customers profile.
  • Address customer queries and concerns related to policies, premiums, coverage, and exclusions.
  • 3. Sales Conversion:

  • Close sales by actively persuading customers to purchase health insurance plans.
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and ensure that customers understand the value proposition.
  • Ensure that the sales process is followed and meet the sales targets set by the management.
  • 4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow-up with leads and customers to enhance the sales conversion rate and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • 5. Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collect necessary documentation from customers for policy issuance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policies.
  • 6. Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • 7. Team Collaboration & Feedback:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, needs, and market trends.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • A Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Certifications or training in sales or insurance
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Experience in selling health insurance or similar financial products is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
