Sr. Internal Communications Specialist

The Internal Communications Senior Specialist plans, writes, edits, and produces internal communications content. The IC Sr. Specialist collaborates with departments across the agency to develop clear, accurate, and consistent messaging that supports organizational priorities. The position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the agency s intranet. Responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, including, but not limited to:

• Develop, write, edit, and deliver internal communications across multiple formats and channels, including email, intranet, in-person presentations, digital signage, and print materials.


• Maintain the agency s intranet, including creating content and sites, updating pages, and overseeing a network of departmental content managers.
