Robert Half is seeking a Sr. IT Client Success Manager for a National Managed Services company.

This role is remote, may require quarterly travel as needed predominantly in the Southwest/Mountain region.


The Client Success Manager builds strong client relationships, ensures service delivery excellence, and drives growth opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, assist with onboarding, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities include:

-Client Relationship Management;

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Communicate regularly and provide updates to ensure alignment with business needs.

-Trusted Advisor & Advocate

Act as the client’s advocate and escalation point.Monitor KPIs, manage SLAs, and present reports.

Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and service adjustments.
