Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in driving automation, improving ITSM processes, and mentoring junior developers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform work submitted by the project when reporting application issues such as performance and service availability.
- Complete end-to-end application service management for all managed instances which includes monitoring request for compliance with corporate change policy standards.
- Successfully manage and review the execution of requested environmental changes, such as deployments or key configuration changes performed outside the application.
- Lead and facilitate the shutdown, recovery and testing of all impacted applications during Operating System patching cycles.
- Provide guidance on application administration and user provisioning as required, or when these tasks cannot be delegated without introducing stability issues within the supported solution.
- Ensure there is coverage for after-hours support for assistance in production recovery or time sensitive changes which can only occur outside of standard business hours.

- Typically responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other technical employees within job area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Design and implement complex workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and administration.

Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist.

Experience with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, SecOps, or GRC is a plus.

Minimum Salary ₹ 1,300,000.00 Maximum Salary ₹ 1,850,000.00
