Job Description
ESS is seeking a **Senior IT Engineer** to lead the technical delivery of **Performance Plus** , a key connected offering that enables real-time performance monitoring and optimization for our customers. This role will be based in **Bangalore** and will work closely with global teams across R&D, Engineering, and Product Management to drive digital innovation and operational excellence
+ Lead the design, development, and deployment of Performance Plus and other connected offerings.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and customer needs.
+ Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based architectures (Azure preferred).
