We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Has bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Has at least three (3) years’ experience in IT Service Desk
- Has experience in Shared Services and Multicultural Environment is a preference but not required
- Has proficient understanding of ITIL framework
- Extensive operational knowledge of multiple operating systems and services not limited to Windows Desktop and Windows Server versions
- In-depth Active Directory understanding of file permission troubleshooting
