Sr. IT Quality Analyst
Overview: Johnson Controls isseekinga talented and motivated Salesforce Test Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications, focusing on both manual and automated testing processes. The role involves collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams in an Agile environment, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to design, execute, andmaintaintest cases for Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements, business use cases, and user stories.
Create andmaintaintest data for both functional and integration testing.
