Key Responsibilities

Technical Experience

• Must have 18+ years of experience with Kronos and at least 5 years of experience with leading

large scale UKG Pro WFM product implementations.

• Must possess deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, Boomi design and solution delivery.

• Must have advanced UKG competency consistently and effectively, demonstrating mastery in

complex scenarios and influencing outcomes at scale.

• Ability to manage end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, and governance.

• Drive project execution with a balanced approach - 50% technical leadership and 50% team

management.

• Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), and improved delivery quality through

measurable KPIs.

• Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to apply them to UKG Pro WFM solutions.

• Lead integration projects for Kronos/UKG systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Serve as the primary client contact during integration, maintaining clear communication and

managing expectations.
