Our client, a well-established employer in Canada, is seeking a .Net Technical Lead to work on critical applications and drive the enablement of high-performing development teams.

This is a hands-on role and will work on fullstack software development in a fast-paced environment and microservice architecture. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring teams, raising technical standards, and helping organizations deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.

This is a full-time, remote position - must work EST times.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of features using .NET Core and C#
  • Work on front-end development using Angular 14+
  • Establish coding standards and development best practices across teams
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide solutions
  • Mentor developers on microservices, containerization, and DevOps approaches
  • Work on migration of services to Kubernetes
  • Stay current with advancements in .NET, Angular, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with .Net stack
  • Strong expertise in Azure and microservices architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Comfortable working in a fullstack profile with Angular on front end.
  • Experience mentoring developers and improving team capability
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with messaging systems
  • Bilingualism (Eng/ French) a strong asset.
