Job Description

Role Purpose:
- Drive end-to-end hiring for the Bio-Energy business for all functions and levels, partnering with leadership to deliver top talent and build future pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute recruitment plans aligned with business expansion;
- lead full-cycle hiring for technical, plant, and leadership roles; source talent through portals, networking, and headhunting; advise stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market insights; manage and mentor recruitment team/partners;
- Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and candidate experience;
- strengthen employer branding in the renewable energy sector.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and closure skills for niche/leadership roles; stakeholder management and business partnering;
- Strong understanding of entire talent acquisition and talent management processes
