Role Purpose

The Sr. Lean Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes using advanced Lean methodologies. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through strategic initiatives such as benchmarking, value stream mapping, and process simulation. Acting as a technical expert and change agent, the engineer collaborates cross-functionally to implement best-in-class practices and support the organization’s transition to a Lean-Sigma culture.
