As we continue to hire and ramp Business Development talent at scale, we are looking for a Learning & Development leader to own onboarding for new Business Developers across the U.S., with a primary focus on East Coast–based teams.
As a Sr. Learning & Development Lead for BD Onboarding, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs that ensure new hires ramp quickly, confidently, and consistently. You will be accountable for foundational seller readiness and early performance outcomes.
