The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in content management, coaching & feedback, and developing creative approaches to enhance manager capabilities, along with proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
Our team of regional managers and trainers ensures consistent training and development across INFC Core and 3P as well as heavy and bulky network. We collaborate with multiple partner teams to drive programs focused on hiring, training, and development initiatives
Key job responsibilities
-Ensure updated and engaging content availability across all 3 networks
-Drive programs to improve manager capability, including strengthening existing learn-by-doing
-Lead initiatives to improve associate coaching across the network
-Establish and maintain data pipelines for projects reporting
-Develop capabilities for DEI and PWD cohorts
Basic Qualifications
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience in e-commerce, with expertise in either program management or floor operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, learning and development, group facilitation, training and training design, or equivalent business experience
