The Role
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our team part-time. You'll work on novel problems in AI agent motivation, behavioral training, and economic incentive design. This role combines deep ML expertise with systems thinking: building agents that respond to externalized state rather than hardcoded objectives.
What You'll Do
Agent Behavior & Training
- Fine-tune LLMs to respond to externalized motivational state (on-chain token balances) rather than prompted objectives
- Design training pipelines where model weights encode policy (how to respond to state) rather than motivation (what to want)
