Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Support budgeting activities and track every month budget versus expenses
  • Variance Analysis
  • Requisition for any Admin related materials in SAP software
  • Repair and Maintenance
  • Stationary Management
  • Overseeing Tours and Travel & Lodging /Boarding Arrangement
  • Manage the Employee Transportation services
  • Administer Canteen Operations, Inventory Management, SOP driven operations, manpower allocation and ensure the quality of work is maintained as per standards
  • Housekeeping & Hygiene Management, Implement periodic checks with supervision.
  • Preparing MIS for the Admin department
  • Safeguarding of Company Assets & also optimize the cost
  • Managing Events , Festive Event & Employee Engagement from Admin Department
  • AMC‘s for Administrative Service Providers.
  • Vendor Agreement, defining terms and conditions & coordination
  • Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • All vendor management, timely bill booking, monthly provision.
  • Ensuring Plant level hygiene as per requirement, timely documentation and fulfilling requirements as per quality standard guidelines.
  • Telecommunication and associated activities.
  • General office administration, printing, and stationery etc.
  • Worker’s uniform and other staff welfare arrangements right from order to execution.
  • Weekly checking of required admin stock, its record maintenance, PR generation in SAP and invoice clearance.
  • Vehicle Management: Driver’s duties, fuel bill verification, ensuring timely statutory documentation like vehicle fitness, PUC, road tax, toll and all other RTO work etc.
