Job Description:

The Sr. Manager – Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company’s IT service offerings to prospective clients. The role requires strategic thinking, market understanding, and the ability to close high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and industry segments.


Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.


Lead end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.


Work closely with technical and delivery teams to create tailored IT service solutions for clients.


Monitor sales pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.


Achieve revenue targets and contribute to long-term business growth.


Required Skills & Experience:


8–12+ years of experience in business development within the IT services industry.


Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation services, and emerging technologies.


Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing large accounts.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor Degree with 15 Years of sales experience in government sales.

MBA will be preferred
