Key Responsibilities

/ Key Deliverables:
  • Exceed target on new Agency Associates in their respective patch

  • Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by Agency Associates

  • Emphasis on quality recruitment through one-on-one session.

  • Create mutual support platform to enable easier recruitment for Agency Associates

  • Enhance AFYP & Number of cases by Agency Associates

  • Responsible for training, developing & execution of AAP business

  • Increase retention of agents, Agency Associates to increase agent satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with various IRDA guidelines.

  • Timely contract of agency associates within regulatory guidelines.

  •  Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level
  • Measures of Success:

  • Add-on of AFYP & number of cases

  • Add-on of number of new agency associates

  • Case Rate & Case Size

  • Agent satisfaction survey

  • Accuracy and timeliness of information

  • AAP is within limits of IRDA jurisdiction

  • URN to Code efficiency while utilizing all the sources
  • Key Relationships (Internal / External):

  • HO co-ordination
