Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales teams in the new business acquisition process
- Conceptualize and design Solution Strategy, Win Theme, Transformation approach and provide solution for the RFP/RFI response.
- Manage an end-to-end RFP response process within given timelines, including coordinating inputs from multiple teams and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Good understanding of pricing models.
- Strong project management skills working on large deals in the financial service industry.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the IT/ITES industry and the dynamics of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market to develop proposal strategies and improve the competitiveness of the proposals.
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
Bachelor s or master s degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry
Experience in managing RFPs/RFIs, bid management, and pricing strategies, specifically within Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management domains
Skilled in crafting tailored solutions for proposals aligned with client requirements
Experience in developing sales collateral, capability decks, and case studies to support business development and client engagement
