We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Change Management to join our team! You will play a pivotal role by creating and implementing change management strategies, best practices and programs that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. You will act as a coach and advisor for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change. You will also provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions and support the project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
