The role

The Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits is responsible for shaping and leading the organization’s Total Rewards strategy to support a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role drives competitive, compliant, and performance-based compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate plant, engineering, and corporate talent.
