Job Description

The Sr Manager, Corporate Systems is responsible for leading a team of analysts, scrum masters, engineers and operators focused on Coinstar’s Corporate, Sales and Field Service systems including our Infor cloud ERP instance, Infor cloud d/EPM instance, various related accounting and payment systems, Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and other COTS and custom systems as well. This position is responsible for overseeing project delivery as well as managing L2/L3 support responsibilities all associated to these systems. This role will also be responsible for spearheading use of automation software including elements of AI to improve and automate highly manual, repetitive tasks for the purposes of both creating additional scale in the organization as well as reducing risk associated with manual error.
