Job Description
Analyse and manage cost accounting processes specific to the Manufacturing Industry. Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts to optimise costs. Conduct regular variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies in all costing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency in manufacturing operations. Prepare detailed reports on cost structures and present findings to stakeholders. Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives within the organisation. Assist in audits and ensure accurate financial reporting. The Successful Applicant
A successful Costing professional should have:
CA/ICWA. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices. Experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
