Role Snapshot:

Own CRM systems and lead lifecycle governance

Key Responsibilities:

 CRM (Analytics – CRM)

 Implement and manage CRM platforms

 Ensure data hygiene and lead routing

 Define stages, SLAs, and reporting

 Align marketing, presales, and sales KPIs: Lead leakage, conversion rates, CRM

adoption

Key Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's in Business or IT

 8–13 years in CRM management

 Strong process and sales alignment skills
