Overview

Empower India’s Analytics vertical is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Reporting & Business Automation team to lead a high-performing analytics and data science team. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should possess experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI (including LLMs), along with solid proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data environments.

This role requires strong collaboration with senior business leaders to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions that enable execution of automation strategy and drive business transformation.
