Job Duties: Manage and mentor senior engineers and managers. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning. Oversee a team of engineers and managers. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects. Prepare and review operational reports and project progress reports. Oversee multiple software projects simultaneously. Oversee code reviews and enforce adherence, to define the best practices. Oversee resolution of technical issues as they arise.
