About the Role


Ariat is seeking a Sr. Manager, E-Commerce Planning to join our Planning team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and inventory strategy that supports the digital business. We are looking for a talented individual who has a strong ability to forecast customer demand, plan inventory flow, and ensure optimal product availability on Ariat.com. This role desires someone with the sharp insights to align planning decisions with digital growth goals, seasonal product strategies, and real-time consumer demand signals.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Owning the seasonal and in-season demand forecasts for Ariat.com

  • Incorporating historical trends, traffic and conversion insights, marketing calendars, and promotions into forecast models
