Plans, designs, and furnishes interiors of commercial office buildings. Formulates designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes (e.g. raising employee productivity or selling financial products and services) in accordance with environmental, safety, and other regulations to minimize adverse environmental impact and maximize energy conservation (e.g. applying Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards). Develops and governs current Retail Design Guidelines used across the retail portfolio to support the vision, strategy, and operation of the Bank’s physical channels (i.e. branches and ATMs) and engage customers to meet their needs.
