Job Description

Title: Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Bridgewater, NJ area (hybrid)


Salary: $160 – 180k plus bonus

Industry: Pharma (experience required)

What will be expected of you as Sr. Manager, FP&A?

  • Lead the reporting and analytics to ensure sound financials.

  • Lead the analysis and forecast tract to help identify updates to financial forecasts

  • Guide business unit leaders on the process and forecasting of their respective areas

  • Serve as point person for treasury and the cash forecasting

  • Review and implement changes and industry best practices

  • Provide guidance to team members

  • Develop and implement new processes, procedures and/or systems to improve organizational efficiencies and cost controls

  • Assist the leadership thru recommendations and implementation on new and existing systems
