McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Financial Systems Kyriba & Non-ERP Platforms. This role is responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of finance technology solutions outside of the core ERP ecosystem, with a primary focus on Kyriba and other specialized platforms. The Senior Manager partners closely with Treasury Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, evaluate system enhancements, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. This position reports to the Director, Financial Systems Treasury and oversees a team of Financial Systems Specialists who support various technologies across the finance landscape.

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Treasury Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements for Kyriba and other non-ERP finance platforms.
  • Own the business solutions strategy and roadmap for assigned products/assets, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Evaluate and determine the feasibility and value of proposed changes and enhancements across finance systems.
  • Oversee deployment and support implementation, execution, and adoption of finance technology solutions.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and configuration efforts, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Manage the design and documentation of technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Oversee multiple analytics assets and a team of Financial Systems Specialists, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with finance operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and performance of finance systems.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Over all experience of 11-15 years.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance systems, treasury technology, or digital transformation roles
  • Strong experience in Kyriba and General Finance Systems.
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
  • Deep expertise in Kyriba and other non-ERP finance platforms
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and treasury processes
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor coordination
  • Experience leading teams and managing analytics and configuration assets
  • Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality in financial technology systems
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion (EPBCS), exposure to Global Indirect Tax tool like Vertex is highly preferred.
  • Working experience with Tririga is good to have.
