As we enter our next phase of growth, we are building a high-impact Founder’s Office to work directly with the founders on strategic, cross-functional, and transformational initiatives that shape the future of the group.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for individuals with exceptional academic credentials and a proven ability to conceptualize, structure, and execute complex initiatives at speed.
You will work directly with the Founders , acting as a force multiplier , driving critical projects across strategy, operations, technology, GTM, transformation, and governance . The role requires comfort with ambiguity, sharp problem-solving, strong stakeholder management, and an obsession with outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Transformation
- Work with the Founders to define, structure, and execute strategic priorities across businesses, functions, and geographies
- Break down ambiguous problem statements into clear hypotheses, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, sales, digital, and finance
2. Execution & Program Ownership
- Own end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from concept to rollout
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes with extreme execution discipline
- Ensure speed without compromising quality; results matter more than presentations
3. Stakeholder Alignment
- Work closely with CXOs, functional heads, external partners, and founders
- Act as the single-threaded owner ensuring alignment, decision velocity, and accountability
- Prepare crisp, data-backed updates for leadership and board-level discussions
4. Technology & Data Enablement (Hygiene Factor)
- Leverage technology, analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve decision-making and execution efficiency
- Drive adoption of dashboards, MIS, process automation, and digital workflows
- Translate business problems into tech-enabled solutions (hands-on coding not mandatory, clarity of thinking is)
5. Special Projects
- New business launches, GTM strategy, pricing & profitability deep dives
- Process redesign and cost optimisation initiatives
- M&A support, integration projects, and founder-led pilots
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding academic background (IITs, IIMs, Tier-1 global or Indian institutions strongly preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in Founder’s Office / CEO’s Office / Strategy & Ops / Consulting / High-growth startups / Transformation roles
- Demonstrated ability to take ideas from 0 → 1 or 1 → 10
- Strong structured thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- High ownership mindset no task is “not my job”
- Comfort working at high speed with senior stakeholders
Educational Qualifications
- Education from Premium A+ Grade institutions is strongly preferred
- Combination of Engineering (any discipline) and a Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM / equivalent) from top-tier Indian or global institutions
- Candidates from IITs, IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, top global universities, or equivalent premier institutes will be highly preferred
Good to Have
- Experience across multiple functions (Ops, Product, GTM, Supply Chain, Digital, Analytics)
- Exposure to manufacturing, B2B, infrastructure, or platform businesses
- Strong data orientation (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, no-code/automation tools, Gen-AI tools)
