Sr. Manager Human Resources

Responsible for supporting the People & Culture (P&C) function within the Clean Energy and Infrastructure (CE&I) Renewables market sector of MasTec, leading HR operations for their respective groups. This role will focus on business growth, workforce strategy, consulting, talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development programs in alignment with the Renewables group’s operational goals. The Senior Manager – Human Resources will ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal employment laws and company standards. This role contributes to initiatives such as engagement survey action planning, performance and development planning, and recruitment strategies, partnering closely with segment P&C teams.
