• Lead end-to-end solution design for transformation programs and RFP/RFI cycles
• Translate regional regulatory and operational nuances into compelling solution blueprints
• Develop accelerators, frameworks, tools, PoCs, and PoVs to strengthen solution differentiation
• Define Target Operating Models, process flows, and integration patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders during pursuits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years in Insurance (L&A and/or P&C) with global market exposure
