With this position we offer:

As a part of the Global Internal Audit team, specifically the Global Technology function, they are responsible for evaluating technology internal controls to ensure the company has appropriate controls in place to mitigate the technology risks that could affect the viability of our business.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager, your focus will be on -

We manage team and audit projects in technology operations, including areas that includes management of software changes, accesses, incidents, problem disaster recovery, software development lifecycle and artificial intelligence. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries!

We plan and execute internal technology operations audit projects to evaluate internal controls across the organization, ensuring efficiency, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

We execute and reporting on the adequacy and efficiency of technology controls across all risk areas

We deliver against multiple and often time concurrent audit projects, handling conflicting priorities to achieve results on time

We plan, resolve scope areas, drafting risk and control matrix and test procedures for technology and infrastructure audits

Executing and reporting on technical controls through continuous auditing and monitoring

We detail the issues and findings, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and procedures and regulatory standards

We expect you to have:

  • 10-12 years of risk-focused technology operations internal audit or related experience
  • Experience in audits of IT processes & governance, including in areas of management of technology changes, accesses, incidents, problem, disaster recovery, privileged accesses, software development lifecycle, IT infrastructure (networks database, server configuration, end devices, logging and monitoring tools, etc.)
  • Experience in auditing Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure)
  • Shift Hours : Work EMEA work hours, 12:00noon onwards IST.
  • Education Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Understanding technology risk management principles and standards like COBIT

    Demonstrable ability to write audit reports with minimal direction and guidelines

    Proven great teammate, compassionate, collaborative

    Experience in developing a team and customers

    Good interpersonal, project management and communication skills

    It would be great if you:

  • Professional auditing certifications preferred: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
  • Experience working with Global Teams (USA and EMEA)
  • Fluent English language skills and a strong customer service mindset
