**Position Description & Qualifications**
**SUMMARY/PURPOSE:**
+ Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the delivery of contracted support services, including janitorial, Customer Service Centre, supply warehouse, mechanic shop, roads and grounds maintenance, and heavy equipment operations at 5 Wing Goose Bay.
+ Ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance through effective planning, resource allocation, and maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
+ Lead snow and ice control operations on airfield surfaces and residential areas, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient response to weather conditions.
+ Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance metrics, optimizing logistics strategies, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and Serco’s business goals.
