## .10 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably at high-growth technology companies 6+ years of experience building and managing marketing technology stack Hands on experience implementing and managing marketing automation platforms (Pardot, SFDC, 6sense) Experience and a thorough understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions; especially with marketing and sales Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication skills Experience using data visualization tools Team player, accountable, entrepreneurial-minded, resilient, inclusive Experience building and leading high performing, revenue generating/impactful marketing technology, marketing operations, database, and reporting/analytics marketing teams Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
