Job Title: Sr. Manager/Manager - Operations

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager / Senior Manager with a strong Life Insurance and Annuity background to lead teams, drive service excellence, and manage complex financial operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team leads and associates supporting Life Insurance and Annuity operations
• Drive performance through goal setting, feedback, and formal performance reviews
• Own daily operational delivery, SLAs, quality, and risk controls for financial transactions
• Act as the escalation point for complex client, agent, and distributor issues
• Partner with IT, Compliance, Product, and Operations to improve systems and workflows
• Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of combined financial services experience
• 2+ years of people management experience in a financial services environment
• Strong Life Insurance and Annuity operations experience (required)
• Solid financial domain knowledge, including regulations and transactional risk management
• Hands-on experience with redemptions, exchanges, RMDs, systematics, and complex service transactions
• Experience across annuity administration, life insurance administration, new business, or customer service
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
