Role Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join the team and focus on growing our Local shops business, which is the region’s biggest grocery aggregator enabling millions of consumers to order and get products from their favorite stores delivered to their homes.
What’s On Your Plate?
Managing the full operations end to end (team operations, 3pl management, vendor management, picker management, property/asset management, operational standards, expense control). Stock management: Ensure correct processes, policies and proper management of store data to ensure only products available in the store are present on the app.Picker process: Ensure efficient and correct pick and pack process and service level (picking up the correct item/quantity) & proper management of the staffing and scheduling as per demand to achieve desired UTR and service level. 3PL personal management: ...
