Role Overview
The ideal candidates will have strong domain expertise and hands-on operational experience in Private Debt, Credit, and CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) products. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end post-investment lifecycle, including trade settlement, drawdowns, repayments, notice processing, and reconciliations, leveraging industry-standard systems like Allvue, WSO, ClearPar, and Markit/S&P.

- Manage daily operational activities for Private Credit and CLO portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Match loan documents via the ClearPar platform and approve transactions for settlement.
- Process agent notices including capital call and drawdown notices, repayments, and interest calculations.
- Coordinate with investment, accounting, and fund administration teams for notice validation and payment, where appropriate.
