As a key leader within Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team, the Senior Manager over AMER’s Portfolio Strategy team will provide strategic insight into new and existing office spaces within the AMER region by developing and maintaining knowledge of the existing portfolio, occupancy planning approach, and AMER market trends. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and other regional leads (EMEA and APAC) to drive the global portfolio strategy. This role will act as a player/coach by delivering and leading strategic portfolio alignment across the region.
This person will be expected to align real estate strategy to business needs in partnership with key GREF Stakeholders and maintain a customer centric approach.
