Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Operation team in improving each plant's performance in various fields (safety, environment, quality, capacity, competitiveness — output, costs).
- Lead plant and process upgradation initiatives.
- Support new projects and monitor actions concerning technical, process, and SPC studies.
- Lead and conduct PHA, LOPA, FMEA, and SPC studies.
- Participate in process safety analyses and studies.
- Help plants upgrade or install automation in existing plants.
- Prepare and review all Management of Change (MOC) proposals and validate them.
- Coordinate with project teams to create new P&IDs and update existing ones if needed.
- Manage feed and basic engineering for all projects.
- Coordinate with R&D and Technical Services for new developments.
- Lead feasibility studies, FEED, and basic engineering tasks.
- Lead scale-up from pilot to plant commercialization.
