Sr. Manager Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Planning & Buying -

Analyze sales trends and platform requirements to plan purchase quantities

Finalize buying plans in coordination with sales and marketplace teams

Raise purchase orders and ensure commercial accuracy

Balance availability with cost efficiency and lead times

• Replenishment Execution -

Plan and execute timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs on marketplaces

Track open POs and ensure closure as per committed timelines

Identify risks in supply and take proactive corrective actions

• Vendor Coordination & Management -

Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, production, and dispatch

Follow up on shipment schedules, delays, shortages, and damages

Ensure timely sharing of invoices, ASN, and dispatch details

Work closely with vendors to improve adherence to timelines...
